Night shift (another easy one!!)

A night watchman dreamed that his boss's airplane had crashed. In the following morning, he said his boss not to fly. The day's news announced the fall of the airplane... His boss was grateful but decided that he had to fire him... Why?

Because he dreamed during the night... so it means he had slept... but he's a night watchman, so he should have stayed awake the whole night... :)
